Isetan~

As I spent a LONG TIME on accounting last night and I realised there were mistakes in the example given, so I asked my tutor.

And I was right! There ARE some mistakes in the answers... and I spent whole night based on that method to do my homework! Is it until my friend said that I did wrongly, then only I realised I was wrong, and that tells WHY i took SO long to complete accounting homework.

Anyway, today is presentation for marketing. A huge contrast compared to usual days. I was very carefree until the moment I was in the classroom preparing for the presentation. So, I actually got kinda nervous when the tutor told us that many of us got confused for the marketing terminology, which is my presentation topic of the day. I was really scared that whatever I am going to present will be something wrong. *prayed hard*

So... I think I did an average job in my presentation. As in not good but not bad either. Then, my tutor asked the whole class and told them to vote from "poor", "average", "good", to "excellent" for my partner and I's performance.

Guess what my tutorial mates did? Most of them said it was good. Well I think because they are just being nice. I seriously think that it was just an average job.

So after the tutorial, I went to consult my tutor on my mistakes that I did in the tutorial exercise. (oh btw, my first marketing tutorial is HD! hahaha~ highest in class (kononnya) hohoho~but then 2nd tutorial work that start to touch on marketing terms, which is the tutorial that I am referring to now, got D+ only... hahaha~)

So basically I understand what he tried to tell, so I asked him on my presentation performance again. He said that it was good and then he said that is why he asked other students' opinion. But the thing is my explanation was not in depth enough and I didn't give some extra examples to link and compare to my presentation's examples. But overall its alright.

Good mood. *Sunny day* XD

Then, I rushed home, took bath and off to uni again. This time YF and me led SL and SJ to the Gardens. We took about half an hour to reach because of the jam created by the working people =.=

The reason we went the Gardens is because I had a RM60 worth voucher to be spend at Isetan (given by sis). We kinda play around at Isetan XD - Try clothes, snap photos and go.
Btw, SL and YF chose a nice outfit for SJ but SJ didn't buy it =.= (well at least we made her consider for a while)

As for me, I found a so-called cartigan (black) for myself. I paid RM11.10 only~! hehehe~ It is after 10% discount combine with the use of cash voucher... =D

(At first I left my voucher at home, luckily my sis brought it to Midvalley~ =P)

As today is 31 July, we saw a long queue of people in front of the baskin robbins stall. Too bad I had gastric and didn't buy the ice-cream =(

Reached home at 10.30pm. That is so TIRED!

1 in 1

around 8am

I saw her in the house. I was very happy and excited. She smiled at me and we sat down at the sofa and had a long talk, just like the good, old days. While we were chatting half way through, she showed me scenes of Indon's some hillside place, whereby there was some severe landslide case happened. I was shocked by the scene because I actually saw some people "swallowed" by the mass landslide.

Then, the scene of the landslide was gone. I was not surprised at all. In fact, I turned and asked her on her super powers. I was more curious on the powers that she has, rather than the weird part on where she got her super powers.

Then I saw it. Her left eye is even smaller than before. Without her permission, I placed my fingers on her left eye and tried to make it wide open.

她的眼睛没有半点眼神。

I knew it. I was too rational. But I just ignore it.

Then she started to say that she was very thirsty. Very very thirsty. Then I sorta remember that I forgot to serve her with drinks few weeks back. I quickly asked her what sort of drinks that she wanted to have. I suggester her to take warm water, but she turned down my suggestion. Instead, she insisted to have "kopi o" badly.

Without wasting time, I hurried to get her the coffee. I don't like to see her upset look. Just when I was about to pour hot water into the cup of coffee powder, the house's gate was opened. Someone is back home. Immediately, she told me that she wanted to leave. I tried hard to stop her but I failed. She bidded goodbye and left. It took me a few seconds to reach the living room. But she is gone.

I woke up with a jolt.

It was just a dream.

"Aww..." I said. I went downstairs and saw my uncle. I told him the story.

And I made the wrong move.

He was totally shocked and told me that there IS a landslide case happened at Indon, right around 8am!! (SeRioUs?!) I even got scolded by him because I dreamt of her. According to him, I shouldn't dream of her, because this means that there is still a strong tie between us and caused her couldn't forget about it.

*music rings*
My eyes opened slowly and blinked. I reached for my handphone to off the alarm. It was a dream in a dream. But the feelings are so deeply intact that I'm disappointed when I woke up. The disappointment came from the first dream though. I just wonder why even in the dream, I know that she is no longer here and she came to visit us. I don't like why she left in a hurry.

But.

I am happy.

Yes.

Very happy.

Because I dreamt of her. *big grin*

Midvalley & The Gardens

First time... drove to Midvalley and parked at The Gardens.

with PY!

So went to PY's house. We left at 1.28pm and used around 14 minutes to reach there. I drove safely *big grin*. So... we went to Spaghetti Grill for lunch. Both of us ordered the same food.

Spaghetti Marinara (with extra vegetables added)

- Spaghetti tossed with our homemade marinara sauce. Topped with parmesan cheese. Served with garlic toast. -

It was really really filling. I managed to finish it (but I was really full) and PY gave up halfway eating it. The spaghetti was not bad but if I were to compare the price and taste, I prefer Yogitree's Tagliatelle with grilled Mediterranean vegetables, tomato basil sauce better.

After eating, we went to walk around and I spot a magnet stall.

10 bucks. It is the cheapest magnet in the stall. I'm stingy but it is still expensive okay? XD

Then, walked around aimlessly again, did more on window shopping than real shopping. What a waste! It is sale season now and I couldn't get myself a single piece of discounted stuff. Just that urge of getting something that is cheaper than usual made me kept on walking around, trying to spend money on things that I wouldn't buy for sure if it is on normal days.

Finally, I managed to buy a cute yet cool black shirt with a designed silver poodle dog shining on the shirt at Voir. (It is 27 bucks after 50% discount. hmm~ at least something ^^)

About 4pm, sis called. Both of us went to The Gardens to meet her for teatime. 3 of us shared a cake - Mixed Berries Meringue. It tastes good. But its way too big for a person's portion. In fact, I'm the one who kept on eating, followed by PY and sis who eventually stopped after trying bits of it. It made me REALLY full, again. Food day!

******* will update the photo of Mixed Berries Meringue once I got it from my sis ******

After that, 3 of us went to Carrefour in Midvalley to find my BENTO set. T_T

Still couldn't find it after a few attempts. But!!! I got a surprise! I found my favourite spicy korean seaweed!!! The last time I ate it was a few years back because I couldn't find it in other places! YAY!!

About 6pm+, sis left while PY and I continued shopping. We went to Sony Centre at The Gardens and found some nice looking cameras. We even spotted some nice Nike sport shoes. (Hey PY! Just go for that shiny silver sports shoe! That is so COOL okay?! It is difficult to find something you like in the first sight ^^)

We planned to have our dinner at Kim Gary, but due to too many people queueing outside Kim Gary Restaurant and PY had to reach home by 10pm, we went to Kenny Rogers instead. Both of us ordered Round-up Platter since we ate Burger King's Mozarella Cheesestick beforehand.

PY took the BIG BIG chocolate muffin while I took the small, poor little vanilla muffin (not fair!)

My dish: Potato Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, and Garden Pasta Salad

PY's dish: Macaroni & Cheese, Mashed Potato & Gravy, and Potato Salad

She didn't finish her Potato Salad! And her dish is such a small portion compared to mine)

Our dinner's overview: Side dishes feast

Finally, it is time to go home. We spent 8 hours + at Midvalley and The Gardens.(like working hours right? XD) We took 18 minutes to reach home. Let me stress it again, I drove safely =)

Semester 1 result

"Hey the results is out!"

Another shocking message from Jean.

It was 7pm and the result was out! My first reaction was.... "WHY is their planning so poor?! They should release the result exactly on the time and date stated, not sudddenly hit us with a sudden shock!"

But after a while, I thought: well, this might spare me from a restless night, since not knowing something to happen might not be something negative.

So I signed in the portal, took a deep breath, and...

PHEW! Management!!!!! Higher than my stats?! WHAT?!

hahaha~ I'm sooooooooooooo glad that I passed management. In fact, why only I blogged about my result after one day...(actually I typed this entry at Friday midnight) because I didn't have any feelings on my result on the spot I knew my result. I'm always like that. Slow reaction. But that tend to cause misunderstanding to others that I'm trying to act otherwise... Well... that is my guess. Ignore it.

A *clap clap* to myself. Although I have fulfilled SOSCO's requirement to continue receiving my loan, but my chances to get scholarship is lower now because their requirement is CGPA 3.75 and above. I expected this anyway. I don't think I have the brains to achieve such a high results. Oh well.

Sem 2 timetable & Redbox

12.57am

"Hey the timetable is out!"

a "wake up" call from Jean.

I was about to fall asleep and Jean called, telling me that the timetable was out before 7am in the morning!

So I hurried got up and went online. My original timetable is 4 days... the 4th day is Friday 2-3pm!!!

Of course I changed it on the spot then!

So... my timetable for semester 2 is...

Monday 1pm - 4pm
Tuesday 9am - 10.30am, 1pm - 2pm, 3pm - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 10.30am, 11am to 1pm, 2pm - 3pm

Wednesday and Friday no class! yay~

So... Everything was done at 3am... and I only managed to sleep at 4am, which I took 5 hours of sleep only before I woke up and got ready for outing to Pyramid!

Wee~ Went Redbox with Maine and HY! As I had booked a room of 4 people (YF "fong fei gei" =.="), 3 of us had to pay for 4 person's charges. But since it was Tuesday, Redbox member had 5% discount and the package we took was 11am - 2pm (set lunch included). So 14 bucks per person is still reasonable.

After 2pm, we were given 1 hour extra for free! But since we do not know when exactly they will stop us from singing, almost all the songs we chose after 2pm were those songs that need to sing in high pitch (for eg, ah mei's songs~ thats so difficult okay). I just sing the chorus part because I don't know how to sing most of her songs...

Before we left Redbox, PY joined us and we started to camwhore alot~ ^^ And I realised that my teeth is very yellowish compared to 3 of them.. =.=" (and I post wide grin in every pics!)

Then, Maine left, leaving 3 of us again to walk around Pyramid. Alah~ nothing special really. Got so bored of Pyramid. So after walking around aimlessly (supposed to help PY to look for boots... but we didn't get to see some nice ones), we went for tea-time at Zen by Secret Recipe. According to HY, we somehow like some "aunties" or "rich wives" we go for tea breaks. Ahem! We are not even in twenties yet!

Anyway, the Almond brownies with vanilla ice-cream is veryyyyyyyyyyy delicious! It is topped with melted chocolate and its very filling, imagine ME take it with a Jasmine green tea also cannot finish that piece of cake! The whole set was 10 bucks... but I think its a good try, just that I cannot go for it frequently (I'm just a poor, broke student T.T)

By 6.30pm +, I'm home. Thx Maine for sending me there and PY for sending me home. ^^

Night time, went to OldTown kopitiam with big bro because he hasn't take dinner yet. After going there, big bro told me to ban it, because...
1) the servings is too little
2) not tasty
3) expensive
According to him, this shop has breached the 3 essential key point for a shop to success in attracting customers.

So okay-lah~ next time yumchar I will go Station One cafe instead.

College revisited!

After half a year, I finally meet Regina, Lean See, and Yap Ning! My SAM gang!

sooooo happy wey~~~ Its like a reunion after one went Aussie, one went Penang and one at Inti.

So first, went to pick up Ms Reg, then proceeded to Monash to get my stuff done and meet up with LS. Then, finally went to Metro bus stop to "collect" YN. XD

we went to Organic Restaurant at ss18 for lunch! So bonding lor~ hehe~ but I forgot to take photos with them.... T_T (what a waste!)

Then we went to Taylors to visit our SAM teachers! Long time no see~
So first, our E4 mentor, Mr M. The first thing he said was: "oh~ slim down already ah~" hahaha~ something unexpected from him... well I just pretended didn't hear it... (very lame right, yup I know XD). I said something.... kinda.... funny XD I said we talked to him first because he was our mentor last year... well its quite true... but part of the reason is he was the first teacher that came out after I knocked the door.... XD (Shhhh... don't spread it out please XD)

Then leh... dang dang dang! Our Spec Maths teacher, Mr. W.! Still that cheerful, I-like-and-only-like-spec-maths teacher... hahaha~ Well, after talked for a while, I started to complain about how bored and confused about statistics I learnt from uni. And he agreed that some people can turn the interesting subject into something awful. (yokata~~~! someone understand me T_T)

While chatting halfway, a woman walked passed us. It took us a while to recognise that the short haired woman is Mrs S.! Our econs teacher!! We quicky called her as she was reaching the office entrance, whereby she turned and blinked, then only realised it was us! hahaha~ After chatting also, I just can't stand and told her that she taught us really well. She thanked me on the spot, made me feel that I sound like some "bodek" fella only... haha~ But what I said is true! She is really a good teacher! Without her, my econs foundation is not so strong to cope with new things~ =)

Then leh... after both teachers went in the office, Ms Y., our accounting teacher appeared! Gah hahaha~ Hmm.... today didn't get to meet ESL teacher because she was promoted to some Head of Department, so she was busying with her stuff and she was not at the office. =(

Anyway... its 2pm and YN went back to Inti. Then only I realised that we forgot to take photo! So dumb... hmph! After sending LS back to her hostel, Ms Reg and me went to Taipan to shop for clothes. So basically she is the one spending as I have shopped around Taipan last Saturday (and bought one cool shirt ^^)

By 5pm, I'm finally home. Home alone. *sob*

p/s: thanks Ms Reg for the HONEYCOMB biscuit! =P

Tomorrow! Sem 2 timetable will be out! So have to wake up early in the morning... T_T

Bye bye

I never pay attention to this song's lyric. I simply thought it is another nice song from Mariah Carey.

Out of boredom, I searched for the lyric and found out that... this lyric is the best one so far that is so meaningful to me... it is as if a sharp knife stabbed right through my chest.

Here, I present the lyric from www.azlyrics.com

"Bye bye"
`
This is for my peoples who just lost somebody
Your best friend, your baby, your man, or your lady
Put your hand way up high
We will never say bye (no, no, no)
Mamas, daddies, sisters, brothers, friends and cousins
This is for my peoples who lost their grandmothers
Lift your head to the sky 'cause we will never say bye
`
As a child there were them times
I didn't get it but you kept me in line
I didn't know why you didn't show up sometimes
On Sunday mornings, and I missed you
But I'm glad we talked through
All them grown folk things
Separation brings
You never let me know it
You never let it show because
You loved me and obviously
There's so much more left to say
If you were with me today face to face
`
[Chorus:]
I never knew I could hurt like this
And everyday life goes on like
"I wish I could talk to you for awhile"
Miss you but I try not to cry
As time goes by
And soon as you reach a better place
Still I'd give the world to see your face
And I'm right here next to you
But it's like you're gone too soon
Now the hardest thing to do is say bye bye
`
(Bye Bye [3x])
Bye bye
`
And you never got the chance to see how good I've done
And you never got to see me back at number one
I wish that you were here to celebrate together
I wish that we could spend the holidays together
`
I remember when you used to tuck me in at night
With the Teddy Bear you gave to me that I held so tight
I thought you were so strong
You'd make it through whatever
It's so hard to accept the fact you're gone forever
`
[Chorus]
(bye bye bye bye bye bye [3x])
Bye bye
`
[Chorus]

Outing - Eating - Outing

After an one long hour, I finally managed to upload my photos in a proper presentation method.

ARGH!!! msn lag, and the blog site also lag! *mad*

Anyway... today is an outing day! First went to the Gardens (again), Yogitree (again) for lunch! Well I managed to find out the name of the pasta. So let the pictures do the explanation.

-Tagliatelle with grilled Mediterrean vegetables, tomato basil sauce (Add Grilled Organic Chicken) -

not my dish of the day though

- Vegetable Lasagne - homemade lasagne layered with chunky Organic Vegetables in tomato sauce and cheese -

Dang dang dang! THIS is my dish of the day. This is my 2nd time eating lasagne and the 1st time taking a vegetarian lasagne. And can you believe it? It taste SO NICE and there are plenty of vege that I indulged in it at the first bite. (and it is really filling!)

- Full English Vegetarian Breakfast - Mushrooms, organic eggs, organic home made baked beans, roast tomato toast, fresh juice, coffee or tea -

Sis's dish. According to her, the toast is really REALLY nice and it is whole grain bread or something like that. Another healthy and satisfying dish.

After that, we went to watch Hancock. I never expect myself to watch it because I'm not attracted to the story. And I was right. I don't mean that the movie is not nice, but its just not my type although I'm always get crazy over superheroes.

Reached home at 5.30pm and arranged an immediate outing at 6.30pm. This time, I went to Summit with HY and PY. Shopping la people. Both of them have something for themselves except me (haha).

What to do? Clothes don't like me and I love money. Next time then! *wink*

Discovery - doggy bag

Today is the 49th day.

Time flies. Well skip this part.

so... night time.. after ber goh wrapped the photo frame, I volunteered myself to help her put the photo frame at the top of the closet. I opened it and found my long lost DOGGY BAG!!!

You tell me the bag's whereabout right?! Is this for real?!

Thats my first thought in my mind. I was REALLY REALLY happy!! Serious!

Then one more coincident thing is that.. ber goh realised that she directed me the wrong closet... so... it makes me believe more that it was you telling me about my bag!

Thx ah mah! muaxxx~~~!

makan makan

went to the Gardens with sis.

as usual lo~ Gardens very empty + cold. Very big contrast compared to Midvalley (so many people and many people and... many people!!!)

lunch time mah. So we went to Yogitree for lunch.

and...she ordered this for me:-

Tagliatelle with organic vegetables, tomato basil sauce

well that name is not correct though, I forgot the name actually.... will update it if I found out one day. (anyway, due to my ultra-impatient-and-strong-urge-for-food-plus-the-food-looks-nice, I forgot to take the picture of the food before I start my "feast" =.= , end up stealing the photo from Yogitree website XD)

Its... TASTY!!! I love it! Yummy!! Way way way better than the spicy olio pasta I tried from Dome... the prices are about the same but the taste differ SO MUCH!!

p/s: today is the first day I tied my hair because have to go for gym T_T (not productive though)

Another P/S: SIS gave me one IPOD SHUFFLE today... thanks~!!

Object influence people and benefit the 3rd party. Buahahaha~~~
