Emmenthaler wurst (Emmenthaler sausage)
- pork sausage with cheese, potato salad and sauerkraut
The sausage is niceee~ But because it is a pork sausage, it is harder than normal chicken sausage that I usually eat. In another words, there is 100% pork meat in it... XD
But ahhh...... it is very filling especially when there is cheese in it. It IS tasty but at the same time it is a very meaty meal. Anyway, I prefer chicken sausage more than pork sausage XD

- with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes and sauerkraut
Yum yummmmmm I love this! The pork meat is not too hard or too soft, just nice for me. I like to dip it into the mushroom sauce and put a small scoop of mashed potato on it, and...... *ngummm* *munch/chew/bite/whatever* ahhhh.... life is good~~~ =D
By the way, I don't like the sauerkraut. Taste weird to me.

Birthday (old) man cut this pork for me. Because I was stunned and don't know where to start to cut the pork. XD
